By now weight control has come easy or harder than you thought. If you hoped that my daily inspiration and motivational messages would carry you through the day, I hope you were right. Each day boosted your self control, limited your food portions, dramatically changed your eating habits by being selective of what you purchased and ate and returned you back to nature by devouring more veggies and fruits while exercising a bit more each day. How refreshing that you made these changes and within a few more days others will comment as well. Rather than dwelling on calorie counting, I am introducing various foods that help you lose weight, keep it off while enhancing your overall wellness. Greens and fruits top the list but eating even these in excess creates the battle of the bulge and some boost the glycemic or sugar levels while others burn those calories quicker. Keep up the great work and if you slide a bit, get back up and keep going towards a renewed you.
