Please wish her well and have patience with us as we attempt to manage her difficult front desk responsibilities. If concerned, I recommend you be tested for covid-19, there are many facilities available. If you have questions please do not hesitate to ask me.

Holiday Floral Display:
During the Spring and early Summer our parking area garden is beautifully blooming with colorful shrubs and flowers. I wish I could tell you that it is my doing but I rely on a professional landscaper, Tina the owner of Rosewood Gardens. If you are interested in a free consultation review of your garden give her a call. She is working on Holiday Decorations including Fall Mums & Pumpkins for your Thanksgiving gatherings & Fresh Garland and Wreaths for your Christmas/Hanukkah celebrations. Let her know if you’d like a free consultation to go over a personal plan for you. Also, if you have any gardening, plant or floral needs for your entire home, inside & out, they can help.

My Message .. Procrastination
Last week, I wrote about the Standard Process nutritional seminar I attended and I how I needed to collect my thoughts, review my notes and then share it with you. As with many projects if not acted upon quickly, they are put aside for a later date. Pure Procrastination. I guess we all suffer from this dilemma but there is hope. Below I have some links to articles and videos offering solutions. Why so important?
Quite often I hear from a new patient that they regret their delay seeing a chiropractor especially after they find positive results after days, weeks, months and often years of suffering with pain and/or health issues that could of been eased or improved with specific conservative chiropractic care
How many of you promised to slim down, exercise, eat better and chill out this past Spring (I guess you have a covid stress excuse) so that you can squeeze into that bikini or speedo only to have to wait another year to start the journey again. Procrastination is real and getting a handle on it is crucial for both mind and body
