The following exercises were found using Internet searches, mostly on YouTube. I recommend you check the links appropriate for your needs and determine which would be best for you. Not all will apply. Start the exercises slowly to determine if they are tolerated well. If you have any questions, please ask Dr. Margolies, Amanda, or your family physician.
Some of the videos will be easier than others. Take your time reviewing a few and choose which suits you best, watch and do them a few days in a row before moving on to the others.
