Weight Loss Day Fifteen

Change Habits

A lasting point taken from these Weight Loss blogs is changing diets and habits .. Quality over Quantity. If you question others on their struggles losing weight, a similar thread will be evident; many lose and often gain it back. Reason, no firm goal was set. If a number was their primary goal, the purpose of losing weight was weak creating a reason to cheat and slip and slide. The primary goal should always be return to Health and Wellness solidifying a stronger purpose and firmer goal. Eating for the Health of It simply means Eating to Live not Living to Eat. We often eat on the run or ingest processed, denatured, packaged and commercially prepared foods creating the least negative food print on our health. Limiting inflammatory food, reducing foods that tax the digestive system and those that increase toxicity is the key to being healthy and in so doing losing weight. So, as I mentioned a number of times before, plant based foods such as vegetables and fruits (limit your fruits to lose weight quicker and lower the sugar level) should be your primary food source with limited carbohydrates. Proteins from beans and legumes can be sufficient, rather than red meats commercially raised chickens and fish.
