Day Ten .. Half Way There
Almost at the half way point in our reflective journey of what drives us to overeat, choose foods poorly and give in to our compulsive habits. Every season is reason to lose weight, slim down and get a grip on our eating habits. No better time than right now. If you have followed, in order, these daily blogs, you have been exposed to a new or energized way to think about food, wellness and you. With the addition of youtube videos and specific links to articles and dedicated people expressing their advice, you have increased awareness and ammunition to make your changes a bit easier. That’s the impetus and purpose of this daily blog, to inform you and make it less self destructive to fail and easier to get right back up for another go. The blog is 70% motivational and 30% instructive. Write your own blog or daily journal with thoughts that keep you on track and on purpose to achieve the goals you wrote down on Day One. Share these with those that are supporting you and increase the powerful foods while limited the non-essentials. Increase your activities so you expend more energy then the day before and lighten up your level of emotional stress by mediating our spending more time with personal prayer. Folks, we are on the right track, time to get off the bus and into the express train to Health and Wellness.
