People, we are weak humans destined by habit and once we realize this, we will have a better handle to cope with these lapses of sound judgment. Eat to Live rather than Live to Eat is sound judgment, quantity is less important than quality. A plant based diet rich in fruits and vegetables with less dependency on meats and dairy while reducing carbohydrates will reduce a number of inflammatory foods that stimulate arthritis, auto immune conditions and even cancer. We have another week to really solidify this journey for the long haul. Our goal is not just lost inches but increased Health and Wellness.
